The Ministry of Social Development pursues to select the right person for the right place where it provides work opportunities for Bahraini citizens in all of their specializationand qualifications, and the Ministry cooperates with the National Project For Employment in this respect. During the recruitment process, a list of vacancies is being requested by the National project in addition to the applications that are submitted to the Ministry during which the applicants are interviewed by the recruitment committee, followed by undertaking psychological assessment and aptitude tests to select the most suitable person. In case of the unavailability of suitable persons, the Ministry advertises the vacancies.
The application for recruitment can be submitted by completing the application for recruitment form and attaching with it the relevant documents pertaining to the application, and handing it to the Directorate of Human Resources Office in the MinistryBuilding; or sending the application via mail to the P.O. The importance of voluntary work lies in the participation of individuals in the issues of their Society. The Most High God – Alla The Almighty states in Quaran “ You shall collaborate on the Righteousness and Piety and Shall Not Collaborate on Sin and Injustice”, and states in Sura Albaqra; chapter of the Quran, Verse 148: “ You shall forestall Benevolences”. Besides the Isalm call for cooperation and the assistance of the Muslim to his Muslim brother, the Ministry of Social Development thanks all people who desire to volunteer in a voluntary activity and their participation in charitable work.
