The Ministry policy is derived from the values of Heavenly Law and Islamic Shari’a that guide the society , towards charitable and voluntary work and reciprocal responsibility; the provision of munificent life for the individual, and to maintain his dignity and rights.

-         Partnership and participation, and the integration principles between the parties of the developmental process including the Governmental Sector, and the national and private sectors.

-         Transparency and democracy, and ascertaining the optimum use of resources through social and charitable work that is characterized by democracy and the ability for achievement and impeachment.

-         Individual’s endowment in the developmental process, and the adaptation of the developmental policy that takes care of talents and initiatives, and encourages and values the voluntary work.

-         Practical and scientific values, and the adoption of a policy that provides welfare and social protection for all of the society categories, and encounters the problems of poverty and alienation.
