The Required Documents for the Declaration of a Society

1.            A letter to H.E., The Minister of Social Development

2.            The minutes of the society’s general assembly founding meeting, provided that,  its date precedes the letter  that is addressed to H.E. the Minister

3.            A list of the names of founders and their signatures, provided they are not less than ten (10) persons

4.            Copies of the founders C.P.R

5.            The Basic Rule which is taken from the standard regulation available at the Ministry

6.            To specify the headquarters address and the establishment’s administration center, and to demonstrate means to prove that, including data and official documents , after the initial approval of the application.

The Required Documents for the Declaration of a private Establishment:

1.            A letter to H.E., The Minister of Social Development

2.            The minutes of the society’s general assembly founding meeting, provided that,  its date precedes the letter  that is addressed to H.E. the Minister

3.            A list of the names of founders and their signatures, provided they are not less than ten (10) persons

4.            Copies of the founders C.P.R

6.            To specify the headquarters address and the society’s administration center, and to demonstrate means to prove that, including data and official documents , after the initial approval of the application.

7.            T provide (50) copies of authentication forms that are available at the court
