The center was opened in 1982.

The objectives of the Community Center are:

1.  To group the active forces in the local society to achieve the objectives of the                 developmental plan.

2.  To put the community centers in the service of developmental guidance in the country.

3.  To equip the society individuals with the participation skills, capabilities, and      knowledge through which it can be possible to direct the potentials of the local society towards self-service.

4.  To integrate all categories of the society in the development of local communities

-         Specialized courses in the art of make-up and coiffures.

-         Courses in mastering the art of tailoring.

-         Mother and child programme.

-         Local female entrepreneur’s project.

-         Family guidance and direction programmes.

-         Design and tailoring courses.

-         Fashion design courses.

-         Summer programmes for schools girls.

-         Family awareness programmes and lectures.

-         Studying the social conditions.

-         Receiving the children of divorced parents.

-         Al Bayader Nursery.
