The Center was opened in 1978.

The objectives of the Community Center are:

1.      To group the active forces in the local society to achieve the objectives of the developmental plan.

2.      To put the community centers in the service of developmental guidance in the country.

3.      To equip the society individuals with the participation skills, capabilities, and knowledge through which it can be possible to direct the potentials of the local society towards self-service.

4.      To integrate all categories of the society in the development of local communities.

The Programmes and Services:

-         Hair Dressing and make–up course.

-         Drawing on glass.

-         Handmade embroidery.

-         Gifts wrapping courses.

-         Manufacturing of boats models.

-         Local female entrepreneur’s project.

-         Family guidance and direction programmes.

-         Family awareness programmes and lectures.

-         Receiving the children of divorced parents.

-         Summer programmes for school girls.

Muharraq – Aldeer – Samaheej – Busaiteen – Halat Bummaher.
