Second: If the applicant is a legal person

1. Provide evidence of the approval of the entity in which he is registered

2. A copy of the ID card (CPR) of the director of the center

3. A copy of the center director's passport

4. A copy of the bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the field of psychology or one of its branches for the director of the center, and that the certificate is approved by the competent authorities.

5. Copies of the experience certificates for the director of the center.

6. Certificate of good conduct and behavior for the director of the center.

7. Biography of the director of the center.

8. Translation of documents into Arabic from an authorized body.
