Elderly ID Card Service
Whereas, the Ministry of Social Development is keen on upgrading the services and programs provided to the elderly and facilitating their access to all services at a one place, registration and inquiry is provided through the elderly services office located at Abdulla bin Yousif Fakhro Social Development Center, and the office provides its services to citizens during official working hours.
In order to make it easier for our fathers and mothers (elderly) to obtain the card service by activating the use of the identity card CPR instead of the elderly service card for the elderly aged 60 years and over, keen to provide what is easier for them.
List of government agencies and the private sector that support the elderly service card
The applicant (elderly) benefiting from these services should present his/her original and valid identity card CPR to present it to one of the supporting agencies.

Encourage the family to care for the elderly in his home and provide all services that ensure that there is no need for permanent shelter in care homes.

Providing training and qualification programs for citizens who are in the age group beyond 60 years, to be independent and self-reliant adults.

Providing family and social counseling for the elderly and their families.

Receiving requests for prosthetic devices for the elderly in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The application of the quality of life test for the elderly.

It has a database on the elderly in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in order to employ it for projects, programs and services provided to them in the interest of this category.
