Request to provide prosthetic devices for the elderly Service
Providing various aspects of services and facilities for the elderly among their families and providing them with various prosthetic devices for free, such as electric wheelchairs, regular wheelchairs, stethoscopes, a toilet chair (commode), walkers and crutches.

Applicant must be a Bahraini nationality.

Applicant must be resident in the kingdom of Bahrain.

Applicant must not be less than sixty years in age.

The Applicant family is unable to provide the apparatuses needed by elderly due to their low income.

Submit a medical report approved by government hospitals confirming the elderly's need (for an electric bed, a medical bed, an electric wheelchair, and a stethoscope).

The applicant is not entitled to the same device or other device, except after the end of the device's life span.

Valid ID card (CPR).

The original copy of the medical report form a consultant of one of the government hospitals in Arabic.
Hand over the device upon approval of the request.
